We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our on-ground sales team. The role involves meeting potential clients across Delhi NCR, conducting product demonstrations, and generating qualified B2B leads. The ideal candidate should be confident, outgoing, and capable of converting business conversations into opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and visit key business hubs and offices across Delhi NCR to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and shortlist potential clients using LinkedIn, industry directories, and field exploration.
  • Schedule appointments or conduct cold visits to meet decision-makers.
  • Deliver impactful product demos and discovery sessions (20–30 minutes each).
  • Maintain and update all lead information in the assigned Google Sheet by end of day.
  • Share field feedback and insights with the sales team to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Relationship Manager (RM) during initial weeks for training and joint client visits.
  • Uphold a professional and brand-positive image during all client interactions.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B marketing, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in delivering on-the-spot product demos and handling client queries.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with good time management.
  • Basic proficiency in LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Sheets.
