Field Sales Executive

Looking for a talented, experienced field sales executive with a friendly personality. We require self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and marketing. Suitable candidates can submit their resumes to the hiring manager. Some core duties for this role are:

• Build Awareness about the company and its products and services

• Promote and sell company products at assigned locations highlighting the benefits

• Complete mandatory product and compliance training.

• Collaborate with members of different teams as and when necessary.

• Develop and deliver engaging sales pitches for different target customers.

• Collect potential customer contact information and follow up with leads.

• Maintain the daily sales and field visit records in CRM system.

• Build strong customer relationships for future referral sales.

• Create sales, needs analysis and cost–benefit reports for their sales area.

• Monitor competitor sales strategies and implement counter sales strategies as devised by management.

• Investigate and resolve queries promptly that are holding up payments

• Carry out all reporting activities (daily, weekly, monthly sales reports) according to agreed deadlines

Job requirements, skills and qualifications:

• 10+2 from a certified educational board

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or an equivalent diploma certificate

• Two years of proven sales experience

• Pleasant personality

• Customer welfare attitude

• Highly motivated and Flexible

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent Interpersonal skills

• Quick Learner and Quick Thinker

• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Proven track record in achieving targets

• Sales and Customer management skills

• Ability to learn and work on CRM system after training

• Driver’s License may be required.
