Introduce and sell our automated parking system to owners, developers, and decision-makers for mixed-use properties through in-person meetings, site visits, and boardroom presentations. Emphasize that our system maximizes space and provides effortless parking for end-users; support this with safety, aesthetics, and ROI benefits. Your responsibilities: * Identify and qualify mixed-use prospects. * Schedule and conduct in-person presentations and site visits. * Submit weekly pipeline reports. Generate Revenue is ultimate key criteria Leverage existing real estate connections or rapidly build new ones. We'll provide marketing materials, technical specs, and pricing; you'll provide the on-the-ground sales effort to close deals. Compensation is based on lead conversion with payment acknowledgement. Required skills include sales, real estate sales, sales promotion, sales management, lead generation, B2B marketing, and business development.
