Job Description

SRP Venture is a exclusive distributor for a prominent ready-to-drink beverages company in the Coimbatore region. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales, expand market presence, and manage client relationships for these products within the designated territory. This is a crucial on-field role requiring significant travel and direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly sales targets for the ready-to-drink product line. Conduct on-field visits to multiple retail outlets, institutions, and corporate clients to promote and secure orders. Identify and onboard new outlets to increase the brand's active presence in the market. Maintain and update a systematic list of sales leads and prospects for continuous business growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and outlet owners. Gather customer feedback and address concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all commercial terms and prevent unauthorized deductions. Brand Promotion & Execution: Execute local marketing and activation events to promote the products. Ensure all brand guidelines are followed and products are displayed prominently. Inventory & Reporting: Assist in monitoring inventory at the customer level and ensure proper storage and hygiene practices are followed. Provide daily/weekly sales records and reports for the required quarterly business reviews. Requirements Experience: 2-3 years of proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or beverage industry. Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Tamil is essential for effective communication with clients across the territory.   Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Willingness to undergo product and sales training. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary structure (details to be discussed).
