With over 5 lakh+ sq. ft. of work completed, we’re growing rapidly and looking for dynamic individuals to join our sales team. Position: Field Sales Executive Key Responsibilities Meet prospective clients at their location for design consultations. Explain our interior design packages (e.g., 2BHK @ ₹9L, 3BHK @ ₹13L, etc.). Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team. Generate leads and close deals for residential and commercial projects. Share daily reports and client updates with the sales manager. Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. What We Expect 1+ year experience in field sales (interior/design/home improvement industry preferred). Confident personality with strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & English. Ability to explain services, follow up consistently, and close leads. Basic smartphone/computer skills for client entry and updates. Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
