Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients (especially B2B, e-commerce and D2C sellers), conducting in-person meetings, and promoting Shipflick’s logistics solutions in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify, approach, and onboard potential e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, and SMEs in the assigned territory.
• Conduct door-to-door visits, field meetings, and product demonstrations to explain Shipflick’s services and pricing models.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and act as the face of the company in the field.
• Gather feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and services.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
• Attend local trade events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads and brand visibility.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

• 0– 2years of experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in local language and English.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Good knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Basic understanding of logistics and e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
