Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients will be crucial, along with providing product demonstrations and presentations, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. - Travel extensively within your assigned territory to meet clients and close deals - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue - Monitor competitor activities and market trends Your reporting and documentation duties will include maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM software, as well as preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Collaboration and support are essential aspects of this role, requiring you to work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
