Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Water Softener Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Industry: Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Water Treatment Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 Years in Field Sales Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad for our Water Softener product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales through direct customer interaction in the field. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and institutional customers in assigned areas. Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, and local campaigns. Conduct site visits and provide product demonstrations to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water softener solutions. Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet assigned monthly targets. Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and gather referrals. Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems. Collaborate with service teams for timely installation and support. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in consumer durables, water treatment, or appliances. Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Confident in conducting in-person sales meetings and presentations. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel within Ahmedabad city. Familiarity with using CRM tools and mobile sales reporting apps.
