Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Delhi
Experience : More than 1 year
Qualification : MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings and product demos with CXO/decision makers.
  • Cold calling and prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and manage distribution network for better sales performance.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and suggest promotional strategies.
  • Maintain client and channel partner relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and ensure timely reporting of sales activities.
  • Travel across India as required.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred) with 1–2 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in channel sales (CCTV, access control, automation preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage CXO-level clients.
  • Must own a two-wheeler.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
