Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The
role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving
sales growth in the Panipat region.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
● Meet potential clients to present and promote company products/services.
● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
● Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
● Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team.
● Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
● 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales/business development.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
● Familiar with the Panipat market/region.
● Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
