The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, effectively presenting our products, and converting leads into sales. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell consumer products. Clearly articulate product features and benefits, and resolve customer queries. Follow up on leads and ensure consistent pipeline conversion. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems. Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with product information, pricing, and promotional offers Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in any discipline. 1–3 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience; experience in consumer products/FMCG is a plus.
