Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Vendor Onboarding & Subscription Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad,Gujarat

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

About OwshoOwsho Marketplace is a growing digital platform focused on empowering local businesses and retailers by giving them an online presence. We help vendors expand their business by bringing them onto our app and providing subscription-based tools to grow and manage their store digitally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit shops and local vendors in assigned areas daily (field work)
• Onboard 8 vendors per day onto the Owsho app
• Educate vendors about Owsho's benefits, tools, and how it can grow their business
• Sell Owsho’s subscription packages to onboarded vendors
• Maintain accurate records of vendor data and report daily progress
• Represent Owsho in a professional, trustworthy, and energetic manner
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in:
• Merchant onboarding (e.g., Paytm, BharatPe, Udaan, Meesho)
• POS machines, retail software, subscriptions, or FMCG distribution
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Smartphone with internet access
• Ability to meet daily targets
• Local language fluency is a big plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
