Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services & new vendors also. Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and offers. Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM with call outcomes. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving complaints. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication. Required Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (E-commerce experience preferred). Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
