Field Sales Executive

To scale our retail presence, we are looking for a driven, on-ground sales professional who thrives in the hustle of store activations and relationship building. Role Overview As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our retail footprint by visiting stores, gyms, and fitness outlets to drive product listings, visibility, and sales. This is a field-intensive role requiring daily ground-level execution, customer engagement, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Visit general trade stores, modern trade outlets, and gyms daily to secure product listings and ensure proper placement. Build strong relationships with store managers, gym owners, distributors and decision makers. Negotiate visibility, sampling, and promotional opportunities. Track secondary sales, manage stock levels, and coordinate with distributors/partners. Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly sales and placement targets with attractive incentive structures. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Health & Nutrition industries. Strong on-ground hustle, with willingness to travel across the assigned territory. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and target-driven.
