Field Sales Executive

🔍 Job Title: Community Growth Associate (Field Role)  📌 Key Responsibilities:  Identify, onboard, and nurture Community Champions (e.g., local leaders, influencers, group heads) across assigned areas.     Conduct on-ground field visits to engage with residential societies, clubs, cultural groups, and associations.     Train and empower Community Champions to drive awareness and successfully generate high-quality leads.     Ensure lead conversion through consistent follow-up, trust-building, and localized outreach strategies.     Achieve weekly and monthly revenue-linked targets through active engagement and field activities.     Maintain proper documentation of leads, progress, and feedback using internal systems and trackers.     Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, drive local adoption, and resolve field escalations.     ✅ Requirements:  0–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or community outreach (freshers welcome).     Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory (field mobility required).     Strong communication skills in local language and Hindi/English.     Passionate about community development, sales, and networking.     Comfortable with on-ground activities and 6-day work schedule (Monday fixed off).     Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive results independently.     💰 Compensation:  Salary: Negotiable based on last drawn and performance.  Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives based on lead quality and conversions.   📍 Location: Kolkata
