Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies.
Should regularly update and share as required, its daily report of movement, Customer interaction, Customer Data, Motor Cycle Meter reading on Companies salesperson movement tracking app.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of product knowledge, business communication, conflict management, critical thinking, empathy, emotional intelligence, punctuality, patience, convincing power, customer relationship building.
Excellent presentation skills (presentable) with ability to work independently.
Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like social media sales analytics software.
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or related role.
Should have his own Motor Cycle and Mobile for Field Sales (T.A and Sim Card Shall be provided by us)
