Our team of over 600 Milkbasketeers, along with our 7500+ warehouse personnel and delivery ninjas, ensures a seamless experience for millions of Indian homes every day. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Indore. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Milkbasket's services, identifying and acquiring new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, presenting products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the FMCG or e-commerce industry is a plus
