Role Overview: As a Field Sales Executive - Refractionist, your main responsibility will be to present and sell company products and services to both current and potential clients. You will need to establish customers' needs, and effectively explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of the products. It is crucial for you to develop and update your knowledge about your own products as well as the products of your competitors to stay competitive in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients - Establish customers' needs and demonstrate products to them - Develop and update knowledge of your own products and your competitors' products Qualifications Required: - Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships - Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions - Clear communication and active listening skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and willingness to learn - Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation - Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority Additional Details: The company will provide customer appointments for eye check-ups and sales, and you will receive 45 days of training. No cold calling is required for this role. You can also expect a lucrative incentive plan along with a fixed salary, as well as excellent growth opportunities within the company.
