Field Sales Executive - Ghaziabad

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, and market mapping.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Collect market insights including pricing trends and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, logistics) for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer queries.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or tracking systems. Represent the company professionally and maintain brand image in the market.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum Qualification Graduate.
• Post Graduate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of preferred experience in Field Sales, ideally in FMCG, Food, B2B, or Retail sectors.
• Should have a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS office / MS Excel / CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
