Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers in the field to promote and sell products/services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team and management to plan strategies for business growth. Provide feedback from customers and competitors to improve offerings. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
