Job Description

Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hospital visits to onboard new partners in assigned districts.
  • Explain and promote EMI-based medical finance services to hospital owners, administrators, and staff.
  • Achieve monthly hospital onboarding and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    6 months of sales experience

    (preferably in medical sales or financial services).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned districts.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Compensation:

  • Salary:

    ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)
  • Performance Incentives:

    Attractive incentives based on achievement of targets.
