Field Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive with experience in software or technology product sales. The role involves on-ground marketing, product pitching, lead generation, demos, and onboarding clients for software or IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Visit potential clients in assigned territories (shops, offices, institutions, SMEs, etc.). Pitch and demonstrate software / technology products (POS, SaaS, ERP, HRMS, etc.). Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers. Conduct product demos and explain features, pricing, and benefits. Collect customer requirements and coordinate with internal sales / technical teams. Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Execute on-ground marketing activities such as flyer distribution, demo camps, events, and promotions. Maintain daily visit reports, lead data, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly field sales and lead targets. Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer suggestions. Required Skills & Experience Experience in software sales, product sales, or technology sales (POS like Petpooja, billing software, SaaS, fintech, etc.). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to explain technology products in simple, customer-friendly language. Comfortable with fieldwork, daily travel, and target-based roles. Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and software products. Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented. Good to Have Experience in POS, ERP, HRMS, or SaaS product sales.
