Field Sales Executive

Company:


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Homegenie building products (Bioman, DSign Doors, Tiles, Timber, etc.)

  • Visit builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and project sites as per beat plan

  • Generate new leads and develop customer relationships

  • Present products, provide technical information, and suggest suitable solutions

  • Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for smooth order execution

  • Track competitor activity and market trends

  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups

  • Submit daily activity, sales, and follow-up reports in CRM/ERP


Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

  • 1 - 3 years experience in building materials or construction field sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Field-ready with willingness to travel extensively

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license

  • Monthly sales target achievement

  • Daily customer visits & follow-ups
