Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct
field visits
to identify potential customers and generate leads
Present, promote, and sell products/services using
strong communication and interpersonal skills
Conduct
product demonstrations
and explain features and benefits clearly
Achieve
sales targets
and outcomes within the schedule
Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Report daily/weekly visits, sales progress, and market feedback to the manager
Handle customer queries, objections, and support on the field
Collaborate with internal teams for deliveries, after-sales, and order processing
Participate in promotional activities, events, or campaigns as required

Key Skills Required:

Strong
English communication skills
(spoken and written)
Proven sales and negotiation skills
Customer-first approach and confident body language
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of local geography or market
Basic understanding of MS Office / Mobile CRM apps
