Salary: 15,000 – 60000 per month + Incentives (negotiable based on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting field visits, and closing property sales. This is a field-intensive role that requires regular travel within Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details and amenities.
Follow up with clients regularly and handle queries effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with property buyers and investors.
Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Keep records of customer interactions and maintain a sales database.
Stay updated on real estate market trends in Chennai.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales or field marketing experience
Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (real estate preferred)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Proficiency in Tamil and English
