SUMMARY

Sales Representative

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive market growth across Malda, Murshidabad, South Dinajpur, and North Dinajpur. This field-based role focuses on achieving ambitious sales goals through consistent customer engagement, regular site visits, and hands-on presence at retail locations. The ideal candidate will build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers while ensuring operational efficiency through accurate reporting and proactive business development. A valid two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory for daily field operations. The role demands a self-driven professional with a customer-centric mindset, capable of excelling in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key customers such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new opportunities and support project execution.
Dedicate at least two hours daily to on-site presence at retail outlets for customer support and sales acceleration.
Organize and facilitate weekly shop meetings with applicators to improve coordination and performance.
Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the designated online portal.

Requirements

Requirements:

Valid two-wheeler and driving license (mandatory for field operations).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
Self - motivated, disciplined, and driven by targets, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP, Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants). Freshers or candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with demonstrated sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
