Job Description

Client Engagement: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.  Sales & Marketing: Market and sell residential and commercial properties to achieve sales targets.  Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings, open houses, and provide detailed information and expert advice on properties and market conditions.  Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, manage property transactions, and process necessary documentation.  Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local laws.  Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.  Collaboration: Work with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
