Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive.

The role involves identifying and visiting potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting Devarsons’ specialized dye solutions.

The Field Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, provide technical guidance on product applications, and maintain accurate sales records to contribute to the organization’s growth.

Collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and targets is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to work independently, travel for on-site client visits
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in a similar role (chemical or manufacturing sector is advantageous but not compulsory)
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Not compulsory but preferred)

Work Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Salary: Based on experience + PF + ESIC + Bonus
