Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team for a fast-growing healthy snacking brand in the FMCG sector. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with retailers, and increasing brand visibility in your assigned territory. Your role will involve ensuring that our healthy snacking products are available in stores, generating new leads, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by selling our range of healthy snacking products. Retailer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers to ensure product availability and shelf placement. Market Expansion: Identify and develop new sales opportunities by visiting retail outlets, grocery stores, health food stores, and other potential sales channels within your territory. Product Promotion: Ensure brand visibility through in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising, and educate retailers about the benefits of our healthy snack offerings. Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process retailer orders, manage stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of products. Market Insights: Gather and report feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help refine the brand’s sales and marketing strategies. Field Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, lead generation, customer interactions, and orders placed, and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the FMCG/healthy snacking industry is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and cover assigned territories. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory. Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
