Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a plan to meet monthly and annual sales targets in your territory.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify and approach potential clients.
  • Conduct demonstrations to educate potential clients and convert them into sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors; share insights with the team.
  • Continuously learn about our product line to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
  • Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure and ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales manager
  • Develop long-term relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored IT solutions for customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience of 0 to 2 years in a call centre environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English & Tamil knowledge of other South Indian / Hindi languages is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales analytics tools.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
