Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
  • Promote company products/services and demonstrate value propositions effectively.
  • Collect client feedback and report regularly to the sales manager.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and closure of deals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Management/Marketing).
  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role. (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.)
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
