Role & responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends. Promote company products/services and demonstrate value propositions effectively. Collect client feedback and report regularly to the sales manager. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and closure of deals. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Management/Marketing). 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role. (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.) Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
