Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities (Sales):

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other offline sources, online sources
• Conduct cold calling, door-to-door (shops, professional sectors, Industries,..) visits, and area mapping to identify potential customers.
• Explain products & services details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
• Organize and conduct site visits for clients and follow up regularly for closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business and referrals.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Marketing:

• Participate in local marketing campaigns promoting products & sales.
• coordinate with digital and online marketing teams to align on promotions and branding activities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.

Reporting:

• Maintain daily activity reports and updates of clients related info.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding work feedback, and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication in Telugu, English & Hindi
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
• Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
• Can Travel with own vehicle or city bus.
• Must have a smart mobile.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak confidently and build rapport with clients.
• Willingness to travel for site visits as needed.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
