Job Description

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new seller onboarding opportunities and managing client relationships within a specific geographic territory. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company by building a strong customer base and maintaining positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and presenting sales proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and company objectives are met. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets, tracking sales performance, and generating regular reports. Product and Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the company's offerings. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to sales strategies. Travel and Territory Management: Traveling within the assigned territory to meet with clients, manage accounts, and represent the company at various locations. Skills Required: Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively organize their work. Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges.
