Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales deals in the assigned territory. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territory to promote and sell products/services.Achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives.Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, market research, and networking.Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide feedback to management.Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services and market trends.Coordinate with the back-office and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Represent the company professionally at all times.Key Requirements:Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
