Responsibilities:
Sales of Nobroker branded packing material to Packers and Movers.
Meet with packers and movers to understand their material consumption requirements and behavior.
Forecast demand for packing material.
Build and maintain relationships with partners to gather market and material feedback.
Provide the business team with on-ground feedback to support business decisions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent sales skills, including a personable nature and strong persuasion abilities.
Quick understanding of Profit & Loss (PnL) dynamics.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in field relationship management, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) departments.
Prior field sales experience is a plu
