Job Description

Job Purpose:

To generate new business opportunities and drive revenue through B2B and B2C sales in assigned territories. The role involves field visits, client meetings, coordination for quotations/designs, and ensuring end-to-end closure of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

A. B2B Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with corporate clients, builders, architects, schools, colleges, and sports academies.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential B2B clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for design proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, prepare proposals, and ensure timely order closure.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution through regular client coordination.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

B. B2C Sales Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with individual customers, property owners, and sports enthusiasts for product and installation sales.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Share product catalogs, explain features, and assist customers in product selection.
  • Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, or referrals.
  • Maintain post-sale customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvement.

Additional Duties:

  • Prepare and submit daily field visit and sales reports.
  • Update CRM/lead tracker regularly with status and next actions.
  • Coordinate with procurement, design, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and approval processes.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    1–4 years in field sales (preferably in construction, sports infrastructure, or related industries).
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
