Field Sales Executive

### *About the Role* We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Field Sales Executive* to promote and sell our range of *Motovario gearboxes, WIKA pressure & temperature gauges, and Pneumax pneumatic products* to industrial clients. The role involves regular field visits, business development, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. --- ### *Key Responsibilities* * Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and distributors. * Promote and sell *Motovario gearboxes, WIKA gauges, and Pneumax pneumatic components*. * Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical details to customers. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. * Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the sourcing/logistics team for timely deliveries. * Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing. * Submit visit reports and maintain CRM records. --- ### *Qualifications & Skills* * *Education:* Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering). * *Experience:* 0-1 year in industrial product sales, preferably in gearboxes, gauges, or pneumatic products. * *Technical Skills:*  * Knowledge of mechanical transmission, instrumentation, and pneumatic products.  * Ability to understand technical specifications/drawings. * *Soft Skills:*  * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.  * Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independent field work. * *Other Requirements:*  * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.  * Valid driving license. Products You Will Promote * *Motovario Gearboxes:* Helical, bevel-helical, worm, and planetary gear reducers. * *WIKA Gauges:* Pressure gauges, temperature gauges, diaphragm seals, and accessories. * *Pneumax Pneumatic Products:* Cylinders, valves, FRLs, fittings, and automation components.
