Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, promoting our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers and present company products/services. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local networking. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product demos. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Collect feedback and market intelligence to help improve sales strategies. Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups. Requirements:Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or B2B sales preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler for client visits. Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is an added advantage.
