Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to lead Adobe solution sales through authorized partner channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe's product suite, licensing models, and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions using Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Acrobat.


Key Responsibilities: 

-Drive field sales for Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Acrobat solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB and enterprise clients.

- Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with customers to understand their requirements.

- Collaborate with Adobe channel managers and internal teams to align on pricing, promotions, and sales strategic initiatives.

- Prepare proposals, close deals, and manage renewals and upsell opportunities.

- Meet assigned sales targets, contribute to overall team revenue goals.

- Stay updated with Adobe's latest offerings, licensing changes (ETLA, VIP, VIP Marketplace), and competitive landscape.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide reliable sales forecasts.


Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably with an Adobe Authorized Partner.

- Strong understanding of Adobe licensing (ETLA, VIP, VIP Marketplace, etc.)..

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer trust.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Problem Solver: Strong listening skills to mentor sellers in resolving customer challenges effectively.

- Positive Attitude: A can-do approach, with a passion for empowering sales teams and enabling successful customer engagements.

- Highly Organized: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing structured guidance and ensuring the sales team stays focused on meeting goals.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Adobe Sales Certifications (if any).

- Experience in IT/software sales beyond Adobe is a plus.
