Field Sales Engineer

The candidate is required to bridges technical expertise and sales skills to sell electro mechanical products or services to industrial clients. Candidate shall be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and closing sales, while also providing post-sales support and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise & Solution Selling: Understand and articulate the technical aspects of the company's products and services. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements. Sales Process: Develop and execute sales strategies, present solutions, and close deals. Technical Support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing their technical questions and concerns. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on key metrics. Specific Tasks: Identifying Customer Needs: Understanding specific business needs and translating them into technical requirements. Presenting Solutions: Creating and delivering technical presentations to showcase the benefits of products and services. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating contract terms, securing orders, and ensuring delivery of products or services. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Addressing technical issues and providing solutions to customers. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technical advancements. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
