Field Sales Associate

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of Bangalores local areas and can support the expansion of ZoloStays co-living vertical by scouting, sourcing, and onboarding new properties. Apart from the CTC, the role includes monthly incentives and a fuel allowance of up to 3,000. A two-wheeler is mandatory for this position.

Role Overview

As a Growth Associate, you will be at the forefront of Zolos expansion in Bangalore, responsible for scouting properties and building strong relationships with property owners. This role offers hands-on experience in business development and is a stepping stone to leadership roles within Zolo.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and scout potential properties for Zolo.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners to onboard new properties.
• Conduct meetings and present Zolos offerings to property owners.
• Manage leads effectively to support business growth.
• Travel locally for meetings and site visits.
• Work closely with the team to meet growth targets.
