Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to identify potential threats to the organization.
Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on risk performance metrics to senior management.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance risk management practices.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on risk management best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with financial institutions or similar organizations is preferred.
