About the Role:

We are looking for field recruiter who would be managing our client requirements for entry level position in retail segment.

Must have experience in retail sales hiring

Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to field locations to support on-the-ground recruitment efforts.
Source candidates through job fairs, local outreach, employee referrals, community events, and digital platforms.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
Coordinate and host hiring events and walk-in interviews.
Maintain applicant tracking and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified field candidates.
Report on recruiting metrics and provide feedback to leadership.

Requirements:

Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for field or blue-collar roles.
