Location: South delhiDepartment: OperationsReports To: City HeadJob Summary:We are looking for energetic and result-driven Rider Recruiters to drive the hiring of delivery partners/riders for our operations. The role involves field and on-ground recruitment, building partnerships for sourcing, conducting interviews/document checks, and ensuring smooth onboarding to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct end-to-end recruitment of delivery riders, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Actively source candidates through field drives, local vendors, colleges, job fairs, camps, and referrals.Manage walk-in drives and coordinate recruitment activities in high-demand areas.Verify documents, licenses, ID proofs and ensure compliance with company policies.Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new riders.Track daily/weekly hiring numbers and share reports with managers.Build and maintain a network of sourcing channels to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.Support riders during initial onboarding to ensure high retention.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.1–3 years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, or sales (experience in rider/delivery recruitment is an advantage).Strong communication and interpersonal skills in local language + basic English.Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned territory.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.Key Competencies:Target-OrientedNetworking & Relationship BuildingStrong People SkillsQuick Problem-SolvingFlexibility & Field Readiness
