Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field HR Recruiter to join our HR team. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for field-based positions, ensuring a continuous talent pipeline that meets our operational needs. You will be responsible for engaging with candidates on-site, attending hiring events, and partnering with operational teams to deliver staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach. Conduct on-site and virtual interviews, screening candidates for fit and availability. Attend and coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment events, and local community hiring initiatives. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism. Collaborate with HR and Operations to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a field or high-volume hiring environment. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel locally and attend in-person recruiting events or job sites. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience hiring for roles in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or field services. Bilingual proficiency (if applicable to region). SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
