Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Recruiter based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting suitable candidates through sourcing, networking, and outreach. Daily tasks will include coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and building relationships with various stakeholders. The Field Recruiter will ensure the hiring needs are met efficiently and in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Recruiting, networking, and candidate sourcing skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and social media for talent acquisition
Familiarity with HR processes and employment laws is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
