Field Recruiter

As the Deployment Manager for Rider Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in building, leading, and supporting a high-performing team of riders. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process, while driving performance and operational efficiency across our dark stores and hubs. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: ·      Source, identify, and recruit skilled riders across designated locations. ·      Collaborate closely with Area Managers to align recruitment efforts with operational needs. ·      Manage vehicle deployment and ensure timely assignment to riders. ·      Serve as the primary point of contact for all rider onboarding and integration. ·      Lead and motivate your team to consistently meet delivery targets and exceed service expectations. ·      Oversee timely rent collection from riders and recover vehicles in case of payment defaults. ·      Optimize delivery operations by maintaining a high daily live percentage of active riders.   📊 Key Performance Indicator (KPI): ·      Daily Live Percentage of riders under your management – a critical metric for ensuring delivery reliability and achieving core business goals.   👤 Ideal Candidate: ·      Proven experience in recruitment and team leadership, preferably in logistics, delivery, or fleet management. ·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire team members. ·      Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance data and implement actionable improvements. ·      Hands-on leadership style with a proactive, collaborative approach. ·      Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs and industry developments.   🎁 Perks & Benefits: ·      Industry-leading compensation and benefits package.
