Field Operations Supervisor

In the role of Field Operations Supervisor, you will oversee departmental efficiency, implement process improvements, monitor key performance indicators, ensure compliance with operational policies, and track administrative progress. Your responsibilities will include directing personnel, fostering a productive work environment, and maintaining strong customer relations by adhering to repair standards and industry regulations. Key qualifications for this role include in-depth knowledge of repair procedures, experience in team building and supervising employees in a shop environment, and familiarity with safety protocols, HR practices, and quality standards. You must demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities will involve interacting with customers, leading and training the workforce, enforcing safety measures, conducting safety training, managing HR-related tasks, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for budget adherence, reporting, and promoting a positive work culture aligned with the company's core values. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of a High School Diploma, five years of leadership experience in an industrial setting, knowledge of quality and safety regulations, proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and exposure to Lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen. The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually, depending on experience.
