Job Description

EV URJAA Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Operations Executive to manage on-ground operations and maintenance of EV charging stations and battery swapping machines across Lucknow. This is a field-based role, and the candidate will be required to work from partner locations.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and commissioning of EV chargers and battery swapping stations
• Handle daily operations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown visits
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and electricity departments
• Conduct site inspections and ensure operational readiness
• Maintain service, operations, and maintenance records
• Observe and analyze operational issues and bugs
• Act as a point of coordination between partners and EV users
• Assist partners in growing location-level business
• Report issues to the concerned EV URJAA department and support resolution in real time
• Support partner location business development activities
• Assign and coordinate training for field teams; onboard drivers and EV users as per location requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of operations/technical experience (EV experience preferred)
• Basic Ms excell, Ms word and computer knowledge
• Local candidate from Lucknow with strong travel and route knowledge
• Personal Vehicle mandatory
• Basic electrical/technical knowledge preferred
• Willingness to work in field conditions and at partner sites

Experience

• Operations / Technical: 1 year (Preferred)

Fixed salary in the range of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Compensation may be negotiable for highly suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
